Tracie, you forgot about breathing. When I need it most of all is when I tend to forget or put it at the bottom of my priorities. You do the breathing, and we'll do the list, and the praying. Deal?

You sure are strong! I'll pray for you and your husband. I'm not doing too bad. I think. LOL I want to look up the spine sarc and what that can lead to. I had to watch Gray's Anatomy last night, didn't I? There was an accident caused by a man that had spinal stenosis? and he couldn't feel his feet so of course I'm going to webmd & look it up. BREATHE!!!!! !!!!!!!!! ! CAN DO! I breathe better out of my mouth. I don't have lung sarc yet. This may be sort of gross but.......can sarc get in your sinuses? I feel like a ton of cement is up in there! The little drug store down the street ordered me a netti pot but I want my daughter to be here the first time I use it. The idea of pouring water in my nose is a little bit freaky.Join our Sock Challenge for Orphans in Kazakhstan - 265 pairs needed by 9/15/07 http://groups. yahoo.com/ group/Mittens_ for_Akkol/ grannylunatic@...

Tracie,

You are

in my prayers, I have been out of town, went to So Calif. For a family reunion and my Mother’s

85th birthday, it turned out OK, I have some brothers that are not

talking to each other, and the funny thing is I don’t think they have a

clue why??  So there was two groups, and my poor mother trying to stay neutral,

my sister and I running back and forth, then stayed a few days with a friend I hadn’t

seen in way too long, that was nice, but back to realty, I have a friend here

that is in her last hours of life, it is sad she is way too young for this, has

two little ones too, we are just praying she holds out until tomorrow as today

is one of her son’s birthday, Melanoma every where, makes me think twice

about complaining.

I will

keep you and your husband in my prayers.   Marla

Subject: I'm

still gone,

Thought I'd send a

quick update on me. I've been having problems with what I believe is

Bells Palsy. So far, I'm chewing the hell out of the left side of my

tongue and inside cheek. It feels like that side of my face is sagging,

but actually, the right side is sagging a small amount.

I just had my Remicade

infusion Thursday, so I'm hoping that will help calm things down.

The other challenge is

that my husband may have had a stroke-- he had some major confusion and

disorientation last week- and his bosses decided to not let him work until he

gets this figured out. Naturally, the wheels of progress are going very

very slowly. He finally got ultrasounds of his carotids- they show some

thickening, and his heart ultrasound is good- no problem there.

He is scheduled for

MRI's next week, and depending on what happens there- he may be back to week

the following Monday. It will totally depend on what they find. In

the meantime, he's home with me. (My schedule during the week does not

jive with him being here- he's cramping my style!)

Actually he did leave

this am to go backpacking for a couple of nights- into a couple of lakes

in the High Country. I know it's good for him-- but it's sure not taking

away the anxiety for me...

I'm doing all the

stuff that I tell all of you to do-- I'm using the " Stop " processes

when my brain wants to panic, I'm eating too much ice cream (oops) and I'm

trying not to shoot anything or anyone-- so hey, I think we're getting

somewhere.

I will be back later,

for now-- it's hit and miss. I know that I have to put my energy into my

family-- and keep on keeping on.

Blessings,

Tracie
