Guest guest
Hi, Someone just posted this URL and its fantastic: http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/bmi-start.phtml you put in your height and weight, it does the rest. Not only does it calculate your current BMI, it will tell you the appropriate weight for your height, and has a formula on subsequent pages that allow you to figure out how quickly you can achieve your goal based on an anticipate loss of 65% of your excess weight (I thought that was damn conservative) at different weekly loss rates. Check it out. I who am mathematically challenged was able to work it!
