I know this may sound like a repetitive question, but are you getting 75-80 gms/protein in a day? It may be difficult to get in with food, but at least trying one shake/protein bar a day??? I only say this because I've read that some people who ate high protein post-op did NOT experience the nausea and/or had a decrease in it with increased protein. I myself never had it other than the first hours following surgery. I always have had 75 gms (the first three weeks) and 80gm+ afterwards and I'm not sure if my lack of nausea is due to this factor or not.
