update on me - from Darlene

Hi everyone,

As most of you know, I have been in a flare up since before Christmas

but thought it was getting much better and then 3 weeks ago, my hubby and

I both came down with this new strain of flu plus I got bronchitis on top of

that. We were very, very, ill............altho we had our flu shots, they did not

help with this new strain. We are both finally getting over it.........just still

have lots of fatigue; cough; and runny nose. Hope it will eventually work

out. I was so sick that I was afraid they were going to put me back in the

hospital, but I finally got through it. This is a terrible strain of flu - so if any

of you get it, PLEASE go to the Doctor immediately and do not play around

with it. It is the worse flu that I have ever had. We were coughing so bad

that we could not even talk on the phone -- that is why I have not called

any of you.

I have many, many, emails to go through so I am hoping I did not miss

anything that I should have answered........... if so, I will try and get to it as

soon as I can.

To the new members -- welcome and I am glad you found us but sorry

it had to be because of the neurosarcoidosis/sarcoidosis. To all those who

are sick -- sending well wishes and prayers. Just know that I really have

been thinking of you all and wishing well wishes for you. I am sorry I have

not been around but hopefully I am back for awhile, at least. Now........to

get to those emails..........have lots!
