Guest guest
: I'm so glad to hear you up and about. You're gonna do well. Each day you'll get stronger and stronger, and you'll find out what works for your pouch and what doesn't. Let us know how you're doing. It's nice to re-live those first steps as a post-op through the eyes of newly minted post-ops like you. You just got your wings. Like a baby bird, you're just learning to fly. Soon enough you'll be soaring like an eagle. There's a hymn we often sing in church that has a beautiful message that I think fits your situation: In the midst of new dimensions, in the face of changing ways Who will lead the pilgrim peoples wandering in their separate ways? We are man and we are woman, all persuasions, old and young Each a gift in Your creation, each a love song to be sung Should the threats of dire predictions cause us to withdraw in pain, May Your blazing phoenix spirit resurrect our souls again God of rainbow, fiery pillar, leading where the eagles soar We Your people, ours the journey Now and ever, now and ever Now and evermore. --n Rush, 1985 I love those words. They fit for us here, don't they? Francisco > > > > Good morning. I just wanted to let you all know > > > > that I spoke with > > > > this morning.
