Bowel problems - need advice!

Hello,

Now that I've come out of lurkdom I have a question. I had surgery

almost 9 weeks ago and since that time I've been " blessed " with loose,

stinky bowels like most of the others on this list.

However, over the past 2 days it has really changed. Normally, I go

several times upon awakening. I had my first clue yesterday that

something was different because I did not go until late in the

afternoon. A big shock to me! Plus, the stools were the most " formed "

they've even been. Almost like pre-surgery.

Today, again it's almost 4:00 PM and I have not used the bathroom yet.

Is this normal, a change beginning for me or am I being too paranoid

because I'm worried about a bowel obstruction?

I'm in no pain - slight soreness in the abdomen the last few days -

barely noticeable. There has been no change in eating habits or

medicine or anything else that I can think of. So I need all the

experts out there to tell me if you think I'm okay or having the

beginning of trouble? Thanks for all your advice.
