Guest guest
Dear Farmworker Health Colleague, FHSI is pleased to invite you and your fellow farmworker outreach colleagues from around the country to participate in the second FHSI- sponsored Peer-to-Peer Conference Call on the topic of Clinical Outreach. Serving More and More: How to Take Your Clinical Environment into the Outreach Environment. Join us as we chat with four " experience panelists " whose programs regularly conduct clinical outreach with their farmworker population. Learn vicariously what they've learned--how to make it work, what to avoid, and what to consider as your program decides whether or not to implement clinical outreach services. There will also be time at the end of the call for participants to share their experiences as well. The Clinical Outreach Peer-to-Peer Conference Call is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, from 2-3:30pm EST. You must pre-register in order to participate. Please register at: http://www.farmworkerhealth.org/peertopeer.html by close of business day, Wednesday, May 21. If you have any questions, please contact Adam Sharma at adam@.... We hope that you will be able to join us to learn something new and share what you know!
