I have a terrible gag complex with a problem swallowing big pills (even some multi-vitamins ect.) I've heard there is a liquid form of the adeks. But I'm no sure about the taste. Any advice out there? I'll have to order soon! thanks for all the input in advance, >> : Congrats on getting close to your date! I don't know about the liquid form of ADEKS (there may be for pediatric use), but these are chewable vitamins. You do not have to swallow them at all. I find they taste ok but some people really don't like their taste. So, you don't have to worry about swallowing the pills. I would look into the liquid but I'm sure it is sold in smaller amounts (this would be particularly true if it was mainly used for children) and you'd have to buy more. I didn't have problems with the chewable multis (still take them - children's Centrum), the chewable ADEKS or the viactiv/caltrate (chewable calcium).
