Plateaus, not losing anyone out there had a Revision?

i had my surgery 7 weeks ago, a Lap/Ds and have only lost 20 pds ,I feel very discouraged, Has anyone out there had this problem of losing almost nothing in almost 2 months. Has anyone out there every had a Revision where there cc was shortened, I know there was one woman who recently had one with Dr Gagner/dr Ren,, Please someone contact me to talk
