sarc in nose

I have the same dryness so bad my voicebox dries out and my eyes feel like raisins, and my nose gets so dry it hurts. I use Ayr or something like that and then I just put saline down my nose to get to my dried out voice box.

I went to get out of bed the other night and I went flat on my face in the carpet. my arms were under me so I must have fainted. I skinned my nose since I was in motion . I didn’t get direct impact skiffed. Called my Dr yesterday and he never called back. I came out very lucky but it scared the pazizzle out of me.
