Guest guest
Don't know the answer to that one, but there are different types of vanilla extract. Some have alcohol and some do not. Some have additives, and some do not. The answer may depend on the one used. I use the Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Extract and also their vanilla bean paste. Both are excellent and all natural, but very expensive. (I can buy them at the grocery store or -Sonoma. Price is actually fair at W-S.) in NJ

Guest guest
Frontier is the brand I use. They have one clearly marked Alcohol free and it is all natural (about $8 @ Whole Foods). Most vanilla extract is about 35% alcohol ;( > > > > Don't know the answer to that one, but there are different types of > > vanilla extract. Some have alcohol and some do not.
