My cell phone has an alarm tool that really helps me. I can set just about as many as I want, along with notes that tell me what the alarm is for. I have alarms for my morning & evening meds that repeat daily. Then I set an alarm before doctor appts. or special meds, like antibiotics before a dental appt. When the alarm goes off, the note is right on the phone screen. I carry my cell phone with me, even at home, so that helps me a lot.

Terri,

I forgot another one I take.....I also wear a Duragesic Fentanyl Patch that I have to change every 3 days. Well, I was always forgetting what day I replaced them or not, so I have to keep track of them in my date book . Every 3 days, I put PATCH, PATCH, PATCH. LOL Debbie Co-Moderator
