Terri,

I know that in order to keep track of all my medications and vitamins, tums, etc. I had to buy a new pill container. Mine has 4 compartments for every day of the week. It has the day of the week at the top and then morning, noon, evening, and bedtime. I fill mine once a week and that way I know that when that day's container is empty that I have taken all my meds. It really helps keep things straight. I bought it for $10.99 at The Medicine Shoppe. I hope this helps!
