Guest guest
My mom has NS and she worked as a nurse her whole life. The connection between all of these things is interesting. Maybe I shouldn't be speculating however because I have been struggling with 'the why's' for awhile now. It is harder to deal with the reality of the disease than continue to try to figure out why it had to happen to my mom. > > WOW that is strange. I worked in a Nursing home when I got NS. That is strange. The home was built on an old landfill I am told. That is one of the things my Dr asked me. He was checking for mold and fungus. I guess now I have some questions to ask. Any comments? Anyone! > Jackie > > [sPAM]Re: Re: flu shot > > > > Terri, > I worked at the VA Hospital where patients did have sarcoidosis. Guest guest
Yes that makes sense. I did not want others not to get the flu shot. That was not my intent. I was just trying to figure out for myself why I would be in total remission for 26 yrs. Thanks. KatSee what's new at AOL.com and Make AOL Your Homepage. Guest guest
It is harder to deal with the reality of the diseasethan continue to try to figure out why it had to happen to my mom Kendall, I think that the "why" is important to researchers. For your mom, it's important that she get the help she needs to put some quality back into her life. There are ways, and I can't express how important it will be to have you learn as much as your are willing to do-- so that even the small steps forward become victories!
