Stop now if it will offend you. **** I was greatly encouraged by the scripture I heard this morning. This was taken from my Encouragement Bible(Joni and friends....New International version). "We do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about the hardships we suffered.............. We were under great pressure, far beyond our ability to endure, so that we despaired even of life. But this happened that we might not rely on ourselves but on God, Who raises the dead. He has delivered us from such a deadly peril, and He will deliver us. On Him we have set our hope that He will continue to deliver us, as you help us by your prayers. Then many will give thanks on our behalf

for the gracious favor granted us in answer to the prayers of many." vs. 8-11. ***So thanks go out to those who used their suffering to reach out and help others with comfort, information and a listening ear. You have been used to help me and many others and hopefully we have learned and done the same. So suffering is not pointless. Unwanted to be sure but not without it's lessons. When I thought I could endure no more...you were there. When I despaired of my life...you were there. When depression reared it's ugly head...you were there. Whether you are Christian or not, God has used you in my life. Hope has been my mainstay word through this entire 'trial' in my life. I give my thanks to this group and all it's wonderful members. May God grant you gracious favor this coming year. May He keep you from 'deadly peril' of all kinds. May He meet all your needs and give you a measure
