Good idea, thanks. It does look kinda like a yeast rash. I actually had one of my other kiddos at the dermatologist today, so I asked really nice if he would take a look. He suggested that it looked infected so he suggested bactroban and a hydrocortisone mix.

If that does not work I will try the Nystatin. (I am more leaning to the Nystatin idea now though.)
