Guest guest
no need for a pity party - trust me - you will be ok. I live in Bay Point and my family lives in Modesto. I had no family with me for surgery and no one waiting in the waiting room to make sure I was ok. My friend's girlfriend transported me and and forth from the hospital. At first, I felt pretty crummy about it, but then I realized that this surgery was for me and not for anyone else. And I can do this without anyone else. Even though I know there is help and support out there if I truly need it, I am getting through this for me and that is what counts. Head up hun - it really all does work out in the end. -----Original Message-----From: damaris Sent: Wednesday, December 14, 2005 2:06 PMTo: gastric-bypass-support-kaiser-patients Subject: i am being stupid...........having a pity party..........my dad lives in texas, my sister in sacramento and i live in hayward and my mom is dead....so i am being stupid because i have not been approved and i am already like... i am not going to have family in the hospital with me when i have the surgery
