I do not think they are one in the same, similar yes, but different. But the similarities are so striking I just had to forward the information.

What are your thoughts?

Ron, I did a SEARCH with Wegener's Granulomatosis and Sarcoidosis-- and got a bunch of hits. This was a good site that explains a bit of the difference.

BTW--- Wegener's is even more dangerous.
