Thanks ! I will go to the gym tonight and try it out! I have

been dying to try something new for cardio! I think I might not weigh

so much now too that I would shake the ground as I run on that

treadmill. lol

I agree with Donna too, if you want to run, DO it! You don't want to

look back and regret it later. Life it soo short and I have a

lifetime of regrets now that I have to deal with.

My motto now is if it doesn't kill you, Do it!
