Dear Group:I truly appreciate all the support I received yesterday when I shared my dilema with you all.I got on our home scale today (which seems to be right on with the scale in San Francisco) I only need to lose approx. 6 lbs. to get to the -20 lbs. mark they set for me. I need to do this by the 20th of December to hopefully get a surgery date!I think I am "Back On Track" on this Journey!Thanks everyone & I will keep you posted as to what happens.I hope to keep this up again and I know it will be a long hard Journey, but Well Worth It!
