Guest guest
Hi everyone! I was wondering if any of you have managed to get a "potty" covered by any type of insurance? I've found the perfect potty for Maddie, but every source of insurance we have is denying it. The thing costs $200.00, and I'm willing to pay for it (save for it- we have 4 kids and one income!) but I wanted to make sure I've exhausted all resources before footing the bill. She is really trying to get potty trained, but because of her small size (she'll be 6 in March and she's 24lbs.) and vision issues she needs something bigger than the "little" potty we have (typical toddler potty) but something smaller than the regular toilet and with "arms". It's not realistic to "attach" anything to the existing toilet because there are 6 of us using the 2 bathrooms we have. Thanks in advance for any info you all may have!
