Guest guest
Hello All, I'm a new father of 5 month old boy with minor clubfoot on his right side. We're lucky enough to find Dr. Romano in Plantation, FL who practices Ponsetti method. Our son,Ty, finished 4th cast and now on his 3rd month of FAB (Markell w/ Gold bar). We didn't have much problem getting him to use it except for the common problem that he pulls his right foot off the shoe once-twice a day and the other minor thing that he could lift it up like a dumbell and sometime hits us on the way down quite badly that we need to wrap the bar with sponge to protect ourselves. I have a little concern because he always lift them up and hold it while he is sleeping and because of weight of the FAB it keeps his feet up so close or even touch his face. I'm afraid that he may hit his face with it one day. Any experience parents have this problem before? Please advise. Thank in advance.....Som (AT) Miami (DOT)
