Managed HealthCare Review vs B/C david vs GOLIATH

Hi all....I had to post again as I'm trying to gather info and it has

not been forthcoming as of yet.

I'm moving forward to use the Department of Managed Health Care to

determine if they can over turn Blue Cross and their decision to deny

me surgery as they deem it not medically necessary.

I meet the other criteria with sveral (mild) co-morbs and a bmi of 55,

that in itself is enough???? Well B/C just wants me to toil and foil

against them. I'm moving forward though....they have not heard the

last of me yet.

I don't believe what they are doing is even LEGAL!!!!
