Dr. found a cyst(?) in L Kidney

Dear All DS Family, Since last Friday I'd been having a fever on & off, then Monday I began having lower back pain and then yesterday I was in excruciating pain in my abdomen, sides and lower back. I went to the ER, they ran alot of tests, found I had a "slight" UTI and by chance found that I had a 2 centimeter size "cyst"(?) in my left kidney. They said that I must follow up with my regular doctor. I am exhausted of being overweight. Trying hard to save to go to Spain and now more medical problems? Would you all please send up a prayer and good thoughts for me? I may not know you face to face but I feel as if we are all family! Thank you all so much,a
