Hi everyone

Im doing really well getting back on track. Ive gone from 167 to 161

in 5 days. But today I kinda had a scare...I dont know if its my

body reacting to being back to the basics or Im over doing it. I

need objective insight as Im actually beginning to be afraid to

eat...afraid I will gain. I dont feel Im dieting...just going back

to very strict basics...but well... Today in the morning when I got

to work...I almost fainted. I got very dizzy, sweaty and really had

to sit down. I drank water and it passed. Here is a sample of what

Ive been doing since Sunday....Im open to objective suggestions

600: woke up, took vit c and iron- then worked out on treadmill for

65 minutes, I did 4 miles at 3.8 mph

BREAKFAST: protein bar(230 cal.,20 g protein,3 net carbs, 0 sugar)

Morning vitamins

MIDAM: decaf coffee w/splenda and half/half

Water

More vitamins

LUNCH: 2 oz ground turkey, 1/2 cup whole cooked pinto beans OR 2oz

meat(chicken,beef,pork)and veggies OR string

cheese,yogurt,hardboiled egg

water

water

DINNER: 2-3 oz(fish or chicken) and 1/2 cup veggies

BEFORE BED: hot champion pure whey stack protein

Like I said, Ive lost 6 pounds in 5 days. I feel in control but am

really only getting in an average of 950 calories a day. I worry if

I do more I will gain again. This is what I ate post op so I figured

it will work. Im really trying only 3 meals and only 4-6 oz food at

a time. Is this realistic at 2 years post op?(steve?)
