Guest guest
Hello, I am new to this site. was reading some of the messages and I really like the idea of having a medical card to carry like the one you described in this post. I am wondering if I could somehow get a copy of what the card says so I can have a card made for myself for post-op. I am going to be seeing Dr. Ren in NY and I am not sure if she gives out any sort of medical card or not and I like to be prepared, so if you could email me a copy of what it says I would greatly appreciated it. email:lbarnum@...
