Guest guest
I got the whole process started by calling MAW. They faxed a form to our pediatrician and she signed it and faxed it back. If your geneticist isn't willing, try your pediatrician. I was impressed with how quickly it all came together. I just called about two weeks ago. I'm sure your son would qualify and I love the thought of him being able to go to Disney. Since the girls both have the same disease, we were granted two wishes. I think we have decided to use one now to have a fun playroom built in our basement. The girls have heat intolerance and photosensitivity so they spend a lot of the hot/humid Iowa summers inside. Not to mention the long cold winters. The girls can't express what they want right now. So, this is what we think they would really like to have. A couple of years down the road, hopefully they will be able to express the other wish and we can do what they say. Good luck on your wish journey! Kim - Mom to and Lindsey (3) Partial Complex I wishes granted Hello all. I hope you had a very happy holiday. We received a late Christmas present today when Make-A-Wish called to let us know and Lindsey have been granted wishes. We are very excited for them!
