It was a dividend check from an insurance company they and tried to deliver in my maiden name to my childhood address. It didn’t cost me a cent to get but I did need to prove who I was had to send copy of drivers license and article about my marriage and something from my old address. I've raised 5 sons and three daughters, Ive been thru everything you talking about and then some! Im still sane! Mommer

Guest guest
Maybe because it was a larger amount & you had a name change, you had to do more. I just filled out a form, had it notarized & got my $70! They did say on the form that in some cases more documentation would be required. I had moved once, but still had the same phone #. It's worth a shot, huh? Did you just get that $500 recently? Ramblin' RoseModerator A merry heart is good medicine.
