Thank you so much Robynn! I feel like I'm in a dream. I feel so

healthy and happy and on top of all of that, I get cute clothes

too! :) I bought 5 pairs of shoes to go with some of my new outfits

yesterday. Holy crap! I was always a Birkenstock, jeans, and a t-

shirt type of gal. The new clothes are so much fun. Before I had my

surgery I put $5K in a CD so that when I got to my goal I could go

on a major shopping spree (or a boob job!). It'll be here before I

now it. I still have 30 pounds that I'd like to lose, less than 20

to be a normal BMI. Dare I dream that I'll actually get to a size 8?

I just donated like 6 garbage bags full of clothes. My tax guy gave

me a spreadsheet to figure out the dollar value. I have already

donated over $4K in clothes and I still have probably 3-4 more bags

that I need to itemize out and get over to Goodwill before year's

end. It adds up quick! You need to get yours donated even quicker so

you can get that closet clean for your new roommate.

Even though you've been separated from your soon to be ex for quite

some time, I can only imagine how hard it was to actually start the

divorce proceedings. I wish you much peace and love as you go

through this difficult time. sounds WONDERFUL and I hope you

guys have many, many years of happiness.

I've been a little lazy with the exercise lately too. I started this

new job about 6 weeks ago and it's thrown my schedule into chaos so

my exercise has been few and far between. My water intake really

struggled for awhile too. I've just recently got back to making sure

I get in all of my fluids in a day.

I'm heading to Kauai in July for my sis's wedding...I need to get my

ever sagging butt into gear and start working out again faithfully.

I need to do some serious squats for my tushy. It's a sad, sad thing

(as are my inner thighs -- sigh).

Thanks again Robynn! Let us know how your 6 month check-up on the

15th goes. I can't wait to hear.

> TINA!!! Yahoo!! You are doing so well, it's unbelievable! Look

at you! You are just a couple of weeks ahead of me, and you've

managed to drop an amazing amount of weight, it's inspiring!

I've got to get my act together and donate it all before the end of

the year. Need to have some closet space for when he comes!

> I went shopping at Ann Loft again last week, and I bought

some overcoats (none of mine fit.) Their clothes must run large,

because I had to buy smalls. Yep. SMALLS. Similar story with a

couple of the sweaters I bought. Two skirts and a pair of pants

that are size 8, now. It amazes me, because, like Francisco...I

look at these tiny little things and I think, 'There is no freakin'

way that thing can fit me, it's way too small. " And yet, VOILA.

> My weight is still bouncing a lot between 161 and even up to

167...it depends upon my salt intake and water intake. I'm a bit

frustrated, because I'd really like to get to the 150s...and was

hoping to do so before my trip, and before my 6 month check up.

Don't know if that will happen or not (I leave on the 21st, and my

appt. is on the 15th, I think.)

September. It felt good to be back.

> I'm going to walk today. I must confess that this has been a

tough month, in fact, I've struggled a bit since left (and the

divorce proceedings started) at the end of October. I haven't

exercised as much, and I've struggled with carbs. But, I am not out

of control...just frustrated at myself. I've had a long talk with

about how important it is to me to lose the final twenty to

thirty lbs., and we have a plan to walk every a.m. and every p.m.

when he is here. He's gained about 12 lbs. from when he stopped

smoking, and he'd like to shed it, too. So, I'm hopeful that we

will be a good partnership in that way. My goal is to get to goal

by my birthday, which is April 16.
