I finally have a date advice please

Hi Everyone,

I get switched 9/14 after 3yrs.I'm finally going to do

it. I still think it might be to good to be true and

will it work for me. Is there anything I should do to

get ready and what should I grocery shop or shop

for,so when I get home I will have everything? Will my

hair fall out? If so what can I do to help keep as

much as posible? How long should I give myself before

I start back to school? I would ask my doctor all of

this but I'd rather have it from those who have been

there first hand.
