Hi Gordy,

Thanks for the kind words and welcome back.

I applaud your decisions - both to give it a last try without surgery

and to proceed with the surgery once you found yourself back in the old

regain cycle. I approached my surgery somewhat similarly - which is why

I had my WLS in 2003 instead of 2000. I had to give it one last go the

old way - which did not prove successful in the long run - but that

attempt helped me to be very sure of my decision when I decided to

proceed with surgery.

I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers for an uncomplicated surgery

and a full and speedy recovery.

I look to hearing more as you continue on this incredible journey.
