Guest guest
Hey guys, I don't know if this helps, but I have always had problems with climbing stairs and inclines too. A little trick I was told was to try and just go slow at your own pace and breathe only through your nose. Don't inhale thru the mouth. It works for me at times. Maybe you can try it.... I had just been huffing & puffing (but couldn't have blown down a house of straw), stopping every few steps. After learning a special technique, I was able to climb stairs much more easily & didn't even have to rest as often. I still use that breathing technique.
