You have to hunt to find white popcorn, if you prefer that ( I do, especially since the yellow color that occurs in corn could be a problem.) We pop ours on the stovetop, in a vented pan (a steamer with the steamer basket removed; letting the steam out supposedly makes for crunchier popcorn.) I use some coconut butter and something butter flavored, either ghee or (horrors! hydrogenated fat) Hain Safflower margarine in the tub. I use " Jolly Time " white popcorn, the resealable 32 oz. bag. But my son is not a great popcorn fan anyway. Cristina-WA

Guest guest
My ex always liked to burn the popcorn. Even if just the corn in the bottom was burned, to me the whole bag smelled & tasted burnt, plus the house stunk. Ramblin' Rose Moderator A merry heart is good medicine.
