Help I need: Published Peer Review Literature to win APPEAL

Without going into the whole history and story. Let me suffice it to

say I need: " Published Peer Review Literature " to give to Blue Cross.

If I give them the correct, the right info, enough, & informative

" Publishe Peer review Literature " they may approve my surgery.

A Dr. Lehrfeld is the doctor who will review my case. I'm hoping I can

forward enough literature in a timely fashion to his office that it

will help me get approval for surgery.
