Tina:

I have to admit, I have a decaf, non-fat, no foam latte about twice a

week.

I keep a log (fitday.com) and I count the milk as caloric intake, but

like you, I have no problem handling the lactose at all.

However, the first time I tried milk (non-fat) post-op, I was glad I

was at home (all new foods should be tried at home, I think) because

I nearly blew the roof off the house with the gas (sorry if that's

too graphic).

But an occasional decaf, non-fat, no foam latte really satisfies me,

and it's such a warm satisfying treat. (Also good over ice during

Summer).
