I don't know how much I'll be online the next few days. Sparky the computer is in a flare. I can get the Internet sporadically. He started refusing to do photos on Saturday, then refused to do text documents or scan anything on Sunday. Because of the holiday, the computer guy said he probably wouldn't get fixed until next week, so I'm just going to use him for email & hope he doesn't give out entirely.

I did call my doctor yesterday, had a chest xray & for the first time in my life, I have pneumonia. It's ironic after talking about the pneumonia shot, because I was waiting for my cold to clear up before I got the pneumonia & flu shots. I don't think this is the bad pneumonia, though. I started antibiotics & a new inhaler yesterday & feel better today. I also took my mom to the doctor yesterday, for massive bruising to her leg from a fall that she didn't tell anyone about for 2 days. I had a meltdown in the car & yelled at my 85yo mother, who has Alzheimer's. I had an appt with my wonderful psychiatrist today. He refused my request for antipsychotic medication, but did talk some things out with me. I also decided that I'm turning off my phones tonight, after calling Mom & my kids, so they won't worry about me. My brother went back to Houston last night, so I want to just enjoy the peace & quiet. I intend to eat the leftover pumpkin & apple pie for supper.
