[OSSG-IOWA-NEBRASKA] FIRST BAD DS EXPERIENCE WEll, Well, Well...... I had my Duodenal Switch 10months ago...i'm down over 90 pounds. And for the first time since surgery I had a bad experience. I feel so lucky.......this whole time everything has been so easy. But today in the car we had to pull over on a country road so i could have a BM. UGH not fun. I got really crampy and then after I felt great again. I eat very very very normal with my DS and so far I have felt nothing but NORMAL. No super small portions. Not terrible BM's. But yesterday I think I over did it with my FAT in take and I paid for it today. ehehe But....I'm doing great. Just thought I would share that my surgery is not longer perfect. But one bad day out of 10 months to lose 90 some pounds...I can handle that *winks* Life is good, kim in o
