Ellen it is karen, they had to do my hernia open, it was painful and has made me not be able to excercise, do u think maybe u did to many crunches, make sure it is done lap, open is awful , it is 5 weeks now and i still am not approved for excercise

with all due respect, karen, the open is not awful and for me wasnt that bad. Ive had 2 open surgeries in the same spot and never got a hernia!
