Liane: Hi! This is exactly what I was thinking... It may be a different

isolated area or could even be a general thing but it doesn't affect the

bariatric unit/wing. I know that bariatric surgery patients have always

reviewed the staff very favorably. But, this doesn't mean that the original

poster who was complaining about NYU doesn't have valid comments... It would

be really interested to find out exactly what floor, etc. she was referring

to....
