Guest guest
Rach- We have the red adjustable bar and I feel your pain with the numbers on the bottom-I have not made heads/tails of them yet either. However, I did figure out how to measure to make sure the angle the shoes are set at is accurate-the global health booklet has a picture that helped me figure it out once I was armed with a protractor!! Sorry I can't be of more help! Just wanted to chime in. kathleen mom to david bcf fab 12/7 > > Hi all > > We have just been for our yearly check up and have been given our new longer > bar at long last. Does anyone know if they even mean anything?? > The angle on 70 is definately not like the yellow non adjustable. > > Cheers > > Rach, Steve & Connor > >
Guest guest
Rach, I don't know if this will help you or not, there is a picture of this in the tips and tricks document, not sure if it is super clear but it may help??? Try here http://f4.grp.yahoofs.com/v1/QINiQ4U54sBWYDAHWhJoy-TF9y6laX9dS8nABh6YP1Z2s-euWmv\ jeswAw0xzRf7odG0vRWpbvsRImwWUScg_p_vwS-3Fag/Bracing%20file%2C%20FAB%20%28DBB%29/\ fab_tips_10_05_05%5B1%5D.pdf If the link does not work, it is in the files section under the folder called " bracing file " , file name is something like FAB tips 10_1_2005.pdf I have never seen a red bar personally but from what I understand it depends on which way the sole plates are on the shoes. In some cases the 20 degree mark would actually be the correct mark - the way Naomi explained it to me was 90-70=20, kwim? I dunno, since I don't have a red bar I am just guessing. Okay, I'll just quit now, since I obviously don't know what I'm talking about, lol! > > > > Hi all > > > > We have just been for our yearly check up and have been given our > new longer > > bar at long last.
