Rach-

We have the red adjustable bar and I feel your pain with the numbers

on the bottom-I have not made heads/tails of them yet either.

However, I did figure out how to measure to make sure the angle the

shoes are set at is accurate-the global health booklet has a picture

that helped me figure it out once I was armed with a protractor!!

Sorry I can't be of more help! Just wanted to chime in.

Rach,

I don't know if this will help you or not, there is a picture of this

in the tips and tricks document, not sure if it is super clear but it

may help??? Try here

If the link does not work, it is in the files section under the folder

called " bracing file " , file name is something like FAB tips

10_1_2005.pdf I have never seen a red bar personally but from what I

understand it depends on which way the sole plates are on the shoes.

In some cases the 20 degree mark would actually be the correct mark -

the way Naomi explained it to me was 90-70=20, kwim? I dunno, since I

don't have a red bar I am just guessing. Okay, I'll just quit now,

since I obviously don't know what I'm talking about, lol!
