Guest guest
Hi all. I wonder if we can drink the broth from a soup as part of our 64 oz? Can we eat the meat from a soup and the vegetables from the soup if strained. I saw a post op person with a sieve the other day and I wondered what it was for. Maybe the strained soup has too much water in it anyway. I'm not there yet but I am wondering. Lilka
Guest guest
Lilka You're not suppose to eat and drink at the same time. So the broth could be part of your fluid intake, but not while you're eating your food, also you need to watch the salt in the broths, some have a lot and you will get water retention. Take care.
