Guest guest
From what I understand snvisc is from the combs from the head of a rooster which is why they ask you if you are allergic to chickens. At least that is why my doctor told me. KatSee what's new at AOL.com and Make AOL Your Homepage.
Guest guest
I was told that synvis is not a steroid. It actually coats the area with a gel like film to stop the bone on bone. I will ask my bone doctor again next week when I see her. I have had this for sometime. I now have NS and it doesn't seem to make a difference to the drs. I take prednisone and methotresate so I am on the steroids also. I couldn't continue to try and walk without the synvisis. Let me know what you find out. Also if one of the mentors are reading please tell us what you know---Rose, Debbie or Becky Jackie [sPAM] arthritisHi just checking in to see if anyone has a problems with arthritis in knees, hips and ankles.
