I keep all my meds in the bathroom drawer. On top of the bottles I number them--1-2-3-4. After I take the pills for # 1, I put a chip marked one on the counter and so on. Then I know which pills I take next and at the end of the day if I took them all. I take 36 pills a day so I need to keep track. Argh I was taking more but am being slowly taken off prednisone. Yay. This has worked for me for over a year. If I have to go away I use a pill container and instead of the days of the week, I number them also. Hey whatever works right?!?!?!
