Guest guest
Guys, I have appointments this morning and a Chronic Pain Support Group meeting in Chico this afternoon. Thursday, it's MD appts all day. So- this is a busy week. Good news is that did not have a stroke, they can't fully rule out TIA-- but his MRI was clear and his heart and carotids are ok-- so they feel it is some kind of variant migraine. He finally surrendered (actually told his mom that he listened to his wife for a change) and went and saw my chiropractor. Guess what, 2 adjustments and he's feeling a whole lot better. MEN... We live about 50 miles down the canyon from a 63,000 acre forest fire blaze that is burning near Mt. Lassen-- and we are getting the smoke-- BAD. I'm having a bugger of time breathing-- and this morning's physical therapy should be interesting. I just hope he doesn't say "now, take a deep breath" Don't I wish.. and Rose are around, and can help out anyone that needs advice. Or whatever. Debbie is currently under the weather (gotta love the english language- where did that one come from?) so hopefully we'll be hearing from her soon. For our "Newbies"-- do know that while we've experienced a bit of growing pains this week, you have joined a family of sarcoidians that is fun and knowledgable-- and willing to share their stories and what they know about this disease. Don't be afraid to ask questions, this is a journey you don't want to do alone. Blessings to all, Tracie NS Co-owner/moderatorSee what's new at AOL.com and Make AOL Your Homepage.
