Guest guest Posted January 18, 2006 Report Share Posted January 18, 2006 Okay, so I'm trying not to freak out but...I AM! I started a cardio kickboxing class 3 weeks ago. It's a great class and boy is it a great workout. Problem...I haven't lost a pound since I started! In fact, go up a pound, down a pound, up a pound, down a pound but never below what I was when I started. I'm trying to tell myself that I'm turning fat into muscle and muscle weighs more than fat but I still have a minimum of 15 pounds that I want to lose to get to my goal of 165ish. Any thoughts?
