Guest guest
I still havent decided. My husband really doesnt want me to. He thinks it takes too much time from my family and that Im over extended as it is: between work, school, catechism, baseball etc. So Im still thinking about it. But here is how I started with the training. I walk/ran one mile, then 3 and so on til I worked up to 13.1. Now this was over a six month training schedule. I did a warm up walk for about 3 minutes...then jogged one minute, walked 3, ran one, walked 3. Now that was the slowest pace group. Francisco's pace was much faster.
