I went through that too after surgery. It took a while before things got back too normal. It was a good thing that I wasn't working at the time other wise I really would have been in trouble.

I'm not sure what that's about.

Hey Patti!

I thought maybe I was the only one who wasn't sleeping at night. I

seem to wake up every 2 hours and have a terrible time falling back to

sleep. I'd love to get a full nights sleep. I thought maybe it was

because I'm not exercising as much as I was before the surgery - but

you are exercising a lot, so that must not be it.

If anyone knows the ansewer I'd love to hear it! I'm dying for a good

nights sleep.

Last night I finally slept all night... 11pm to 6am. I'm so excited!

I wonder if it's because I didn't take a nap yesterday.
