Hi Sam,

Welcome to our Group. There are lots of drinks out there that are sugar free and non carbonate. My favorites are Tropicana Orangeade and Lemonade. Propel has a lot of flavored waters that are very good also. Arizona Ice Tea has two that are very good . One that comes to mind that is very good that is Blueberry flavor.

Sam Welcome to this group, it is a great place to be. Here's a few drinks that I like Diet Snapple (NO TEA) my favorites are Apple Snapple, Cranberry Raseberry, then there's Chrystal light and I like many flavors (NO TEA), also Lean Sobee (NO TEA) I've tried a few flavors and I only like didn't like one flavor but can't remember which one. Hope this helps. Take care. Donna J. F Eck JR wrote: Hello, My name is sam, I'm just starting the bypass proccess and have my orientation on this saturday the 18th. Hi Sam, Welcome...I know it is hard to find new drinks...I actually drink, Diet snapple or Diet Sobe (Lean) juices only. I also drink crystal light and at costco they have this really good fruit water. I am going to the meeting at SSF this Saturday too. Maybe I will see you there. Sam, you are doing really well! Good for you, I'm proud of you! It's great that you are already getting the lbs off, because as a little person, you'll probably want to lose a bit more than a hundred lbs. from this point in order to get down to your normal weight for your height. So, the more you lose now, the more you get in the groove of the proper habits...the better you'll be able to maximize the first six months of the post-surgery weightloss period...and then the slightly slower but also effective next six months to really get down to where you want to be. And this is completely "doable". So, are you adding exercise into your weightloss routine? Try to do something that is sustainable, something you'll be able to keep up for the rest of your life. Of course, the thinner you get, the easier it will be to be mobile and vital. I'm excited for you! As for the liquid

issue, I really like water, so I tend to stick with that. But, you can also brew herbal tea, and if you need to sweeten it, add a little bit of Splenda. It's cheaper to do that than to buy pre-made stuff. You can keep one of your water bottles and just refill it with the tea. Crystal light can be pretty tasty. There are waters out there with the "essence" of a fruit, that only has a couple of calories. I don't like really sweet drinks (which is odd, because I've always had a sweet tooth in all other avenues), so I'm afraid I can't add a lot to the mix here. Good luck on your journey, great work so far...and welcome!! My absolute favorite is Arizona Diet Green Tea, which comes in nifty

designer tins of the same six plastic tubs of powder as the large

Crystal Light mixes, available at Target for $3.99 (and frequently

on sale at 3 for $9).
