Guest guest
Martha what you have brought up is so true. In my house I can not have cookies or cake or sweet things. They are like flirting with danger here. It is so easy to slip into bad habits that we think are long gone just because the weight is gone. Many times we look for an excuse to do something and play the blame game and don't accept that it is our fault that we are slipping back into our old eating habits and fudging just a little bit. I know I have been guilt of this and have been slowly taking back control. It is hard but so worth it. Ramona
Guest guest
I had a FEELING you weren't being literal there! A friend of mine sometimes talks about flirting but hoping one can " just be friends " with sugar, then falling into a full-blown affair. For far too many of us, no we CAN'T just be friends! The specifics of what type we are vulnerable to may vary (chocolate, or Starbucks, or starches, or whatever), but with that type, no, no friendship! Eleanor Oster eleanor@...
