Tamarra, your large Medical supply stores should carry them or beable to get them on order, you need to go to a supply place that does wheelcairs.. ours is Western Medical.. Hailee has a 5 point harness, with head rest, it goes up to 150lbs, and you can order it with a stroller base so you can pop it out of the car and put it on a stroller stand... I love ours.... they cost about 200.00 for the seat alone... Good luck
